James Heathcote,  CEO

James has had a varied career spanning two decades, starting out as a warfare officer on UK Submarines. Now a technologist and innovator, he has spent the past decade transforming defence systems and networks, driving operational capability to front line warfighters, and supporting operational and strategic headquarter digitisation projects.

Julian Ranger, Chairman

Julian brings over 30 years of success as a visionary at the intersection of business and technology. As the founder, CEO, and chairman of multiple companies, he has leveraged technology to improve the world and protect individual privacy. His iSMART process was adopted by the DoD to ensure interoperable systems on tactical networks, showcasing his impact on defense and technology innovation.

Justin Reuter, Executive Director

Justin recently retired from the Royal Air Force as an Air Vice-Marshal. His last military appointment was as the Director of Strategy at Strategic Command.  Notable senior appointments include ACOS J5 PJHQ and the Head of Military Strategic Effects (MSE), the strategic full spectrum targeting branch, where he led the team that conducted targeting on behalf of the MOD – from information operations to nuclear; during his time as Head MSE he was responsible for the production and release of the current UK Targeting Policy.
